The location of the hotel was perfect and quiet, to the Giggijoch gondola. Besides, it was close enough to the mountains and a week's skiing
Nothing to dislike.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was ideal. It was away from the noisy town center, but still close enough to everything. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, transportation was easy to access, and parking was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from.
Nothing, all was good.

I felt like a pro cyclist exploring adrenaline-pumping trails in the majestic Ötztal Alps. The breakfast room was my go-to for local egg dishes and tips for my Ötztal adventures. Relaxing in Ötztal is as normal as having snow on glaciers. Delicious food and fine wines completed the experience.
Oh, and who doesn't love the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, especially when the staff joins in too? So charming.

The hotel offers a helpful staff, clean facilities and a good dinner . The location is also a plus, with quick access to the ski lifts and away from noisy areas. Additionally, the hotel offers customers underground parking and a free card to explore the city with its many attractions.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and resulted in sleepless nights and pain for some guests. Additionally, the selection of breakfast and dinner could be improved in terms of variety and options. However, despite the mentioned downsides, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would consider this hotel again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect for us, close enough to the ski lifts and restaurants, but far enough from the noisy center. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The dinner at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. After a long day of skiing, we greatly appreciated the spa and sauna facilities, which were clean and rejuvenating.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great view from the balcony, and the mountain location made for lovely sceneries. The hotel was also situated near popular skiing locations and had an excellent sauna.
The food, in general, was quite poor, and the staff was not very accommodating. It took a while for them to address issues brought to their attention, and thus, we left feeling disappointed.
